“Kira” is a story game on ROM, run by its creator (0x4e53…1b59). Playing it is free for everyone. A story card (0.001 ETH) keeps the story you played: your route, every choice in order. Of every card sold before the draw, 70% goes into this episode’s pot, 20% to the creator and 10% to the platform, at the moment of the sale.
Play the episode, making every choice, and mint your story on a story card before 28 October 2026 at 18:34 UTC. Its choices, your route, are then locked in on-chain and cannot be changed. One story per card; hold more cards for more entries. A play left unfinished does not count. Cards given away by the creator keep their story but do not enter the draw. A story minted after the draw is kept, but does not enter it.
A route is one character and every choice in order. This episode has 4 routes, and each is one entry in the draw.
When the timer ends, one route is drawn at random from all 4, each with the same chance. The draw uses a secret and the list of every route, both committed to in the episode’s published terms before any card was sold, combined with every story locked in before the deadline. So the platform cannot choose its secret after seeing the cards, and neither the creator nor any player can know the result in advance. The platform does know its own secret until the draw, so this draw trusts it not to play; a public, verifiable random source will replace the secret before pots grow large. The vault contract makes the draw and checks every card itself.
Every card whose locked-in story is exactly the drawn route, every choice the same, splits the pot evenly. If nobody played the drawn route, every card in the draw shares the pot instead: it never goes back to the creator for want of a winner. (Only if no card at all had its story locked in before the deadline does the pot return to the creator.) If the draw is not made within 7 days of the deadline, every card in the draw shares the pot.
Winnings are paid to whoever holds the winning card at payout. Selling or giving the card away passes its story, and its share, with it. A card on a locked route counts only if its holder when the platform registers it (just after the draw) held the key when the timer ended: sell such a card only once it is registered.
Cards and keys are NFTs on a public blockchain; every transaction has a small network fee, paid by whoever sends it. Cards are not refundable. Taking part must be lawful where you live; you are responsible for any taxes on what you win. These rules are generated from the episode’s published settings and the contracts that enforce them.
